This DN400 Russian standard double gate valve is engineered for reliable bidirectional shut-off in water pipeline systems, manufactured strictly in accordance with Russian (GOST) industrial standards. The valve combines a rugged cast iron body with a rigid wedge double disc assembly and precision copper seat rings, delivering dependable sealing performance, corrosion resistance and long service life under low pressure water service conditions. As a flanged end, rising stem (OS&Y) pattern valve, it allows clear visual indication of the open and closed position, which greatly simplifies field inspection, routine maintenance and emergency operation.

Every DN400 double gate valve supplied by YUXIN Valves is produced in our integrated foundry and machining facility, where each casting is pressure tested, each seating surface is machined to tight tolerances and every assembled unit undergoes a shell and seat leakage test before packing. The double disc construction reduces the closing torque and provides a tighter seal on the downstream side, while the copper seating ring resists erosion and galling far better than ordinary cast iron seats. This design is particularly suited to municipal water distribution networks, irrigation systems, industrial cooling water loops and building utility pipelines where a positive, durable shut-off is essential.

Each valve is individually protected and packed in an export grade plywood case with internal foam cushioning to prevent damage during long distance sea or land transport. Flanges are covered, and the stem thread is greased and wrapped to avoid moisture corrosion in transit. All YUXIN valves are manufactured under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and are supplied with a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects. Test certificates, material certificates and GOST related documentation can be provided upon request to support customs clearance and project acceptance in Russian speaking markets.
